The new owners are stellar! They bought the apartments and IMMEDIATELY began improving and beautifying them. They’ve painted the outside, repaved all the roads, and have a very quick response time to maintenance requests. The manager, Marcela, is awesome! She always has an answer or finds out and gets back to you. All the new office and maintenance staff are great. I’m so happy they are here. As for the apartments, they are VERY spacious and comfortable. I give five stars and a high recommend!

Maintenance continues to excel in their response time for each request and also their dedication to residents. We did have water issues yesterday through no fault of management OR maintenance. There are large, historic oak trees on the property which have rather deep roots that disturb and at times break pipes from the weight and pressure. Because Carlos and Kevin, our maintenance staff, are always concerned for the residents, Carlos worked with an outside contractor to remedy the problem. It took the afternoon and most of the night but I certainly had water this morning. Do any of you know another apartment complex that has a maintenance staff as committed as Carlos and Kevin are? Would they continue to work through the night after a full day? A previous property owner and office staff management left all residents with NO hot water for 5 1/2 weeks November - December and it happened to be very cold that year. So far so good. Had great experience with moving in. Love this 2bdr 2ba apartment. It's huge and cute patio. The plus side is fireplace. Had the pleasure of working with Amber on my lease and another plus they work with your credit. I'll keep things updated as my lease continues. So far so good... update been having issues with a.c. unit not cooling. Now no hot water to take showers. This place gets hot as 85 degrees during the day and always come back to fix it but no resolution in the end. I'm already getting tired of this place may look into getting out of lease. Maintenance don't communicate with office or office is lieing about maintenance one or the two.
